    Preparation of the recipe in steps

    • Add preferably in the evening, 150 ML of soy drink together with 50 grams of (rolled) oatmeal and if appreciated, add some raisins (tip)

    • Then put this mixture in the fridge overnight.

    • In the morning, stir the soy milk and oatmeal one more time.

    • Add tasty toppings according to your preference: fresh fruit, kernels, seeds, nuts, cinnamon or honey.
