Preparation of the recipe in steps
Fry the Like Chicken Bites in a little oil in a well-preheated pan until the pieces are golden and crispy.
Grill the asparagus for 1 minute in a warm, dry pan. Then add 2 tablespoons of water and let it steam until the water is gone. Turn off the heat, let the asparagus cool slightly and then cut them into small pieces.
Make the dressing by mixing all ingredients until smooth. Make the dressing firm and creamy by adding extra water.
Mix the Like Chicken Bites, asparagus, pasta and sliced vegetables together in a large container. Drizzle over the dressing and add a little more salt, pepper and basil if desired. Enjoy it!
